Getting the secret ending in Cyberpunk 2077 is all about making the right dialogue choices and completing the right missions, even after Patch 2.0. In this guide, we’ll talk you through how to storm Arasaka as Johnny Silverhand in the (Don’t Fear) The Reaper secret ending for Cyberpunk 2077.
As long as you have a certain percentage of friendship with Johnny and you’ve completed the right Side Jobs, the ending should be offered to you when you sit on the rooftop above Vik’s clinic at the end of the game.
How to get the secret ending in Cyberpunk 2077
Before you meet Hanako at Embers, you need to have completed the following Side Jobs:
- Tapeworm
- Chippin' In
- Blistering Love
If your relationship with Johnny is over 70%, he’ll offer you the secret ending option if you idle for a while when the final choice arrives on the rooftop.
Otherwise, you can select the following dialogue options on the Side Job Chippin’ In:

- "What do you want from me?"
